Matthew’s primary areas of focus are external audit and corporate finance. He has extensive experience providing assurance, financial due diligence, valuation advisory and merger accounting services to businesses globally. Matthew is registered as a Chartered Accountant with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Matthew is a Registered Auditor with the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors and accredited as a Reporting Accountant with the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
