David Valenne is partner Transaction Services at Moore Belgium. He has 20 years of international experience in commercial & corporate finance. Prior to joining the firm, David worked in London for the Capital division of General Electric as Strategic Initiatives Leader, leading the due diligence process of several GE Capital businesses. He also led the PMO team responsible for integration of the unsold platforms outside the USA into a legacy entity. David holds a Master in Applied Economics from the University of Diepenbeek.
