He has extensive experience providing assurance, financial due diligence, valuation advisory and merger accounting services to businesses globally. Matthew is registered as a Chartered Accountant with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Matthew is a Registered Auditor with the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors and accredited as a Reporting Accountant with the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
