Since joining the team, Dylan has worked with clients across a variety of sectors through the complete transaction process, from initial engagement, sale preparation & buyer research through to completion and beyond. Dylan has experience across all areas of corporate finance, including lead advisory, financial due diligence, company valuations and financial modelling. Dylan is also experienced in using M&A databases to provide sector insights and market intelligence for a variety of reasons. He is responsible for maintaining and analysing the deal databases used in the quarterly industry updates published by MKSCF."
