Petr Kymlika is managing partner of Moore Czech Republic s.r.o. He has been involved in strategic business management and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) for more than 25 years. He worked in the senior management of domestic branches of important global consulting companies. Petr focuses especially on manufacturing companies, healthcare and financial markets. His specialization in management consulting primarily includes consultancy development in the field of human resources and financial management, such as optimization and definition of the economic management system, process optimization and strategy definition, cost reduction, organizational, functional, process and information audit. In addition he has an extensive knowledge and experience in the area of acquisitions, mergers and due diligence.
